At the request of Francis, the representative of the bishop of Novigrad, the podestà of Oprtalj orders Bertolo Golcih, treasurer of the parish church of St. George, and the other wardens of the churches and confraternities of Oprtalj to appear within one month to respond to the bishop’s claim regarding the collection of tithes on properties bequeathed to the said churches by deceased persons.
A dì 6 del mese di novembre, 1483.
Il spettabile domino podestà, sedendo sotto la lozza di Portole al bancho di ragion, aldita et intesa la petition et richiesta del venerabile homo pre Francesco come nuncio et comesso del reverendissimo in Christo padre domino episcopo di Cittanova, dimandante et con instantia ricercante per vigor di lettere de magnifici signori dell’officio delle ...a esser astretto et compulso ser Bertolo Golcih, come cameraro della camera di San Zorzi di Portole, et altri gastaldi di chiese et confraternità di Portole presenti, intelligenti, a darli per detto nome et corrisponderli la Xma di tutte le possessioni lasciate alle dette chiese da persone morte, statuito termine alli predetti procuratori et gastaldi presenti et dimandanti che ad uno mese proximo venturo a rispondere et proveder sopra ditta causa, altramente si procedava in sententia si come parerà di ragione.
