Nos Aurius Poltonusc, Bonefaciusd Hengeldei et Almericus de Sardio consules predicte civitatis dee Iustinopolis cumf voluntate et consensu totius Minoris et Maioris Consciliig et totius Communish Iustinopolis, damus et concedimus plenam licentiam et libertatem nobilibus civibus nostris, videlicet dominis Albinoi Paduano, Carsto de Mirxaj, Çanetok de Ursol, Warino Hengeldei, Ricardino Blaiono, Iohanni dem Dietalmo, Almerico Spandinumen, Lanceloto Paltono, Facinao de Tarsia, Naçario Bertulini iurandi ad sancta Dei evangelia, omni fraude remota, in animas nostri Communis et cunctorump civium prescripte civitatis cum ministerialibus dominorum patriarche et comitis unanimiter cum eis astare dominis Monflorito et Wgoniq de Duino contra memoratos dominos patriarcham et comitem si eosr presumerent offendere vel gravare seu molestare ante vel post cognitionem castri Cormonis, vel aliter prout prescriptoss dominos patriarcham et comitem fuerit stabilitum, ita quod predicti cives nostri vinculo iuramenti nostra auctoritate predictist dominis Monflorito et Hugoni nostram promittere possintu auxilium et favorem.

The document could have easily been edited without referencing Kandler's variae lectiones, but it has been decided to point them out so that readers could see how a line such as nostram promittere possint could become tam nunc et in antea proferunt in Codice diplomatico istriano.

These representatives of Koper were present when the 1275 treaty was reached between Patriarch Raymond and Count Albert. See the edition of the treaty here.
