An Ozi exchanges properties with the Bishopric of Brixen and its bishop Altwin: Ozi gives Krnica in Carniola, and in return receives Vadiče and Visoče, properties in the county of Margrave Ulrich I.

Notum sit Christi fidelibus tam futuris quam presentibus, quatinus quidam Ozi nuncupatus Altuvini presulis venerandi dilectione inductus tale predium quale in loco videlicet Cornizic dicto habuit, super altare Sancti Ingenuvini in manus scilicet prefati patris ędifficiis, exitibus et reditibus, silvis cultis et incultis, remota omnium contradiction potenti manu legando in proprium tradidit. 
Econtra idem Ozi duo predia unum Wadizin, aliud Wisathsah in Comitatu Ǒdalrici marchionis sita de manu sepe calculati antistitis in commutationem recepit.
Huius rei tales introducuntur testes: Chuno, Wolf, Livto, Wecil, Grifo, Ratkis, Orendil, Izo, Acili, Adolt, Hezil, Wolf, Livpolt, Eckerih, Wiciman, Hartuvic, Guodman, Pecili, Engildie.
Qua condictione firmata mox tradidit et investituram.
Isti etiam testes sunt adhibiti: Chuno, Wolf, Wezil, Livto, Penno, Grifo, Acili, Livpolt.
