Regestum

The Commune of Venice and the Commune of Trieste sign a new treaty, ending all hostilities and reconfirming the old pacts between the two polities; the Commune of Trieste is required to relinquish the sequestered ship (over which the conflict originally started), to swear fealty and obedience to the doges and the Commune of Venice, to raise to standard of St. Mark on the day of election of a new Venetian doge and on every Easter day, to observe the old treaties with Venice, to pay all the fines incurred for not respecting these old treaties, and to consign to Venice those responsible for the attack on the sequestered ship.
